TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT:
For orders over £100, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than the delivery/pick-up date of the ordered cake. Methods of payment accepted are cash, cheque, or balance transfer. Details available upon request.

ALTERATIONS:
Any required design alterations will be accommodated where possible; however in some cases they may not be possible at all. If alterations are agreed it may affect the cost of the cake.

CANCELLATION:
In the case of cancellations being made more than 4 weeks prior to the required date, then you will be issued with a full refund, unless, however, any items (eg, special ingredients or decorations) have already been purchased by us to be used specifically for your order, in which case you will be charged accordingly. Any cancellations between 1- 4 weeks before the required date will result in the full deposit being retained, though any already paid balances will be refunded. In the case of cancellation 7 days or less before the required date then full payment of the cake is due if not already paid.

RETURNS:
In the unlikely event of a damaged or unsatisfactory cake, you will be provided with either a full or partial refund, or supplied with a replacement.

COLLECTION:
Cakes are to be collected from the premises at pre-arranged times only.

ALLERGIES:
Though every care is taken when baking 'free from' cakes, they are baked in a kitchen where allergen ingredients are used, so it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no traces of nuts, flour, dairy or other ingredients in the cakes produced.

STAND HIRE:
You may be required to pay a deposit as well as the agreed hire charge for the hire of any cake stands or equipment; in which case the deposit will be refunded on return of the item. The item must be returned within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
